I'm sure as students, we can never have enough cheap, fast, convenient food. So, we're back, with more options than ever: Panera Mondays and Pizza/Vietnamese sandwich/Coney Thursdays...we will continue to supply the architecture school with delicious Panera goodies on Mondays and a variety of appetizing foods on Thursdays. Volunteer for a shift, advertise to your friends, or simply buy something to eat. Shoot us an email if you can volunteer and earn points for all your hard work.
Also, regarding the PGH Bake Sale this past Wednesday: thanks to all those that made it possible! We're looking forward to doing it again :) so hugs and kisses in advance to all our wonderful bakers! Muah!
Other notes:
-The AIA Home Tour is around the corner. 9 architect-designed houses will be open Saturday, October 23 and Sunday, October 24 from 12:00 - 6:00 PM each day. It's too late to volunteer but you can still go to check the houses ad meet the architects. Email Norma for more information.
-We had a wonderful group of Tshirt designs to select from this past meeting, but have narrowed it down to 3. If you were one of the three, please contact Rose if you have not done so already.
-FORUM, the largest global gathering of architecture and design students is fast approaching and is taking place in one of the world's most exciting cities - Toronto! FORUM allows you to engage with guest speakers, tour the city, attend workshops and seminars, take part in a design charrette, and ring in the New Year Architecture style!
